Almonds are good but there is a way to consume almonds. the procedures to prepare almonds are as follows:

  1. at night before going to bed, put 7-10 almonds in a glass and pour water into the glass, let the almonds get soaked in water overnight.
  2. In the morning, peel off the almonds and consume. almond peel has an element called Tanin which inhibits to absorb antioxidants of almonds and you don’t get the maximum benefit of eating almonds.
  3. Eat the almonds in the empty stomach which is very good for reduction of arthritis in the body.

My personal favorite is the last one. Many of my friend boats about what they have watched on Netflix last week. They become so excited if they can find a new heart pumping Tv series which they can’t wait to finish. I have seen friends leaving the social programs early so that they can finish the Tv series by 4 am in the morning and then go to bed.

 

30 years ago TVs were fat and people were thin, now people become fat and Tv becomes thin. A heart attack is the number one killer in almost all the western countries. Sedentary lifestyle is killing us before we actually die through bones and muscle decay. Nowadays people suffer severely in their last 10 years due to their earlier sedentary lifestyle. Tv is the one thing to blame.
